Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Alternatively, drop by our store to pick the best fit!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, you are able to cancel/alter your order within 24 hours, as long as it has not been fulfilled.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You have 3 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Drop by our store and provide the store in-charge your order number.

We will inspect the item upon receiving it. If your return is approved, you will receive the refund in the form of store credit issued that you can use on your next purchase (no expiry).

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

My item is damaged, what should i do?

We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective item that you have received. 

Kindly contact us within 7 days with your order number, pictures and videos of the defect or incorrect items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any defect/ incorrect items requested/ initiated after the stipulated time frame of 7 days will not be accepted. If there are still stocks for the defect item, the team will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. In the event the defect item is out of stock, a full refund via store credits will be issued.

Can i return/exchange sale items & giftcards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
